“ Ocean was by far the BEST waitress we’ve ever had. She was very spunky and upbeat, despite clearly being very busy. We came in as a large group and she even treated our children with utmost respect and kindness and listened to everything they had to say. She checked in often, socialized with us, really seemed like she enjoys her job. Not the usual mindless questions and responses waiters use for everybody that comes in. We will be coming back! ”

“ Jhericka was THE best server that I’ve ever had in my life! Not to mention, the team that she had working with her. I didn’t catch their names but it was 3 other guys. This girl needs a raise, some recognition and be a role model for upcoming servers. We were celebrating my birthday with my fussy toddler and she took him and entertained him. Not to mention, she noticed one of our food items were missing and corrected it before anyone said anything. She was very prompt, very vocal and very attentive. “ We visited this location on 5/14/2024. When we stepped through the door we were greeted and the host took us to our table. Our waiter name was Norman aka Monty. Monty was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, great, awesome, down to earth, relatable, funny and very respectful. He made our experience great. Also, the manager Scarleet was working the floor, walking around checking on tables, asking how everyone was doing and asking about the service that was provided. That alone made the experience great also, because I rarely see managers walking the floor, working the floor and check on customers, here on the Coast. The staff was very friendly, respectful and awesome (They even were asking how we were doing and told us to have a great day upon leaving)! The business was super clean and the food was on point. Now let's talk about the food! I really don't care for Applebee's food at all, but this location, the waiter, the manager and the food changed my mind. My wife and I had the southwest chicken bowls and our daughter had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp. I only have one photo of the SW chicken bowl, sorry! But the food was delicious, wonderful, seasoned well, cooked to perfection and our food was fresh when we received it. The serving portion of each dish was a nice size and we had enough for leftovers. I know there's a few bad reviews, however visit the location for yourself and you judge based off of your experience. I would highly recommend this location! Thank you for the awesome food, service and experience to the whole staff and crew at Applebee's!
